Citizens Rally to Stop Philly Free Library Branch Closings

Philadelphians rally at the Central Parkway Branch on December 6, 2008 before marching to city hall to protest Mayor Nutter's plan to close branch libraries. Ironically, three years ago when he was a councilman Nutter denounced his predecessor's plan to do the same.
