Access is essential: centers & free classes

Access to technology, visibility and voice are crucial for all people, and especially for poor and working people who have historically been silenced and otherwise spoken for by an unrepresentative mainstream media. MMP conducts regular video, radio and computer trainings for workers, immigrants, youth and community leaders; runs a network of public computer centers; and organizes around media justice issues that affect our communities. These activities build on each other as computer center users and training participants get involved in our ongoing media programs and organizing committees and work together to make lasting changes to the policies and structures that shape our lives.
